“I find these events very helpful, as I enjoy the classes and see the results soon after these sessions, as I find myself more alert and active. I also find the exercises easy to replicate at home, which really helps.”
Mitta, Otago class attendee, said:
“Otago exercise has helped me improve my muscle strength, balance, and posture. It is helping me with my chronic health conditions, and It’s also helped improve my mental well-being.
The strengthening exercises, the balance exercises, and walking exercises are helping me not to fall. I have also made lots of new friends. It’s a lovely session, and it’s great to see everyone enjoying and engaging in all the exercises.”
