The recently developed Hounslow Connect (VCSE) Dashboard is a user-friendly tool that maps out local community groups by ward and Primary Care Network (PCN). If you work in the community and want to connect residents with local services and activities, this dashboard helps you to find nearby groups offering services to help with various needs. The dashboard is also a useful resource for local partners seeking to identify and collaborate with other VCSE groups. All the data on the dashboard is drawn from Hounslow Connect, if your organisation is already registered on the platform, please use the platform to make sure your details are up to date.
