The Teashop by Mind Axis launches in Hounslow, July 2024. The service aims to connect people over a cup of tea to enhance mental wellbeing, together.
During Teashop sessions, participants will come together with others to participate in enjoyable activities like meditation, art-making, and yoga. Through these sessions, they will get to make their mental wellbeing a priority.
The Teashop aims to support groups of adults aged 18 plus with mild/moderate mental health symptoms over the following dates:
- Saturday, July 20th, 11:30am-1pm
- Saturday, July 27th, 11:30am-1pm
- Saturday, August 3, 11:30am-1pm
- Saturday, August 10, 11:30am-1pm
- Saturday, August 24, 11:30am-1pm
- Saturday, August 31, 11:30am-1pm
The service will be based at: Hounslow Arts Centre (Dance Studio), The Treaty Shopping Centre, High Street, Hounslow TW3 1ES
