Mind - Hammersmith, Fulham, Ealing, and Hounslow (Mind HFEH) offers a variety of activities designed to support men’s mental health. Whether they are looking for a casual coffee and a walk or deeper support through sharing circles, attendees can join groups at any point.
Session Details:
- Men’s Minds: Walk and Talk
Tuesdays 1-2pm - Enjoy a chat and fresh air with a loop around Inwood Park
- Men’s Minds: Tools and Goals
Tuesdays 3-5pm - Learn skills from peers to support your mental health
- Men’s Minds: Lunchtime Coffee
Thursdays 1-2pm - Meet in a safe space, bring food if you like
- Men’s Minds: Support Group
Thursdays 6-8pm - Share your experiences and needs in a deeper setting
The group meets at:
- Unit 27, Ground Floor, Treaty Centre, 44 High Street, Hounslow, TW3 1ES
Mind HFEH host regular group meetings where men can share their experiences and support each other as peers. The groups are diverse, highlighting different issues and experiences giving you the opportunity to share your story in your own way and in a safe space. Listening to others is important, as different experiences can provide valuable tools that may help them to navigate their your own journey.

- Men and those who identify as men
- Over 18 years old
- Residents of Hounslow
