Catch up with the Hounslow Health Outreach Team (HOT) during March to get your blood pressure, BMI or CO2 levels checked at Hounslow House. You can also get advice on a range of health matters and learn where to turn to for advice.

- Tuesday 12 March – 6th floor 12-2pm
- Thursday 21 March 6th floor 12-2pm
This is also a great opportunity to learn about the team and understand how they aim to change the way organisations within the BBP engage with residents.
As the team uses population health data to understand where residents with the greatest need and inequalities are located and go to them to have conversations, build trust and understand their experiences. They work to bring services into the community, either via their Hounslow Treaty Centre Shop or via the HOT community bus, which travels across the borough to engage with residents within their community setting.
