Joint Commissioning announce full list of Children and Young People’s Mental Health Pathways and Services in Hounslow

As part of the Children and Young People’s Mental Health BBP workstream, the Children’s Joint Commissioning Team are keen to announce that their new and updated pathways and services document is now live.

This incredibly helpful mapping document lists all the commissioned mental health provisions for young people in Hounslow, aged 0-25.

Please use this document and share with colleagues – Pathways and Commissioned Mental Health Services for Children and Young People in Hounslow

Madeline Bryan, Children’s Joint Commissioner, Hounslow Council, highlighted,

“This exercise enabled us to identify gaps in the existing provision and propose new services; it also helped to identify bottleneck points within and between services; and we hope it will make all BBP partners fully aware of the commissioned services within the borough.

“This piece of work also really helped us to work towards a more joined-up whole systems approach to children and young people’s mental health in Hounslow.”

The Children and Young People’s BBP workstream aims to reduce waiting times and improve outcomes for our young people. The team are currently working towards submitting transformative business cases for funding to implement new services and extend existing services.
