The Hounslow Borough Based Partnership (BBP) has appointed independent experts to explore how it could better collaborate to support more residents to live happier, healthier, and connected lives.
Through the BBP, council and health colleagues, alongside community organisations, have made significant strides in collaborating more closely to improve health and care services. However, there remains significant health challenges and inequalities in the borough, coupled with increasing demand and limited budgets.
Against this backdrop, the BBP wants to explore opportunities to develop new integration models between their organisations to further improve outcomes for patients and residents.
To develop new ways of working, BBP partners have appointed PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC).
The role of PWC is to undertake a review of data, service modelling and process flows between our organisations. We are currently in the initiation phase, but once the review is complete, we hope their independent analysis and findings will potentially offer better models of health and care delivery.
We will be seeking staff contribution and feedback throughout the review and will update you on these opportunities to share your views.

The review is due to be completed early next year, and the full report aims to be shared in spring 2024.
