The BBP is asking colleagues if they know a voluntary or community group who are able to deliver meaningful community engagement to support the CORE20PLUS5 project and help us improve health outcomes for Hounslow residents.
The project aims to partner with voluntary or community groups who will adopt a range of engagement methods and activities with residents to gain insight into their needs and experiences within the local healthcare system. Community feedback will then be used to co-design tailor-made interventions that better serve local communities.
This work will support the BBP's ongoing efforts to ensure we tackle the avoidable differences in health access and outcomes across Hounslow.
