The first Teashop+ programme is launching for young ethnic minority women in Hounslow, with support from the Mental Health Fund in partnership with West London NHS Trust.
The Teashop+ in Hounslow features a Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) program called Be Mindful.

In-person sessions will run on Sundays, 12.45 - 3pm:

16th March (a longer session to accommodate for a celebratory lunch!)

Sessions will take place at The Hounslow Arts Centre - accessible venue
Who can join?

People who identify as women from an ethnic minority background, 18-30 years old
-
Comfortable using a laptop or smartphone & access to a personal laptop or smartphone

Good English speaking & reading skills

Available all 5 weeks

Mild – moderate mental health concerns

No previous experience required
