3 December 2024, 11:00 am to 3:05 pm
This year, we're turning the spotlight on an urgent yet often overlooked intersection: disability rights and climate action.
A greener, cleaner, and healthier environment, if achieved in the right way, would vastly improve the lives of people with disabilities. This event is a recognition that we can achieve more – for the borough, and for our planet – by listening to the unique knowledge and strengths of people with disabilities.
Hear from expert speakers from TfL, UCL, the University of Exeter, and more.
Whether it’s a marketplace with disability-confident employers and local disability groups, a fire-side chat with subject matter experts, or a panel on transport – there will be something for everyone.
Come join us. When it comes to saving our planet, we need every voice, every idea, and every ability.
