Any Hounslow resident with a visual impairment or who is hard of hearing/deaf are invited to the Sensory Technology Event to learn about the latest technology that is available to support their needs.
This event is a result of partnerships between: Hounslow Council, the Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB), the Middlesex Association for the Blind (MAB), and Royal Association for Deaf people (RAD).
There will be a variety of guest speakers from organisations such as Microsoft, Ability Net and Sky. Several stalls from various charities and organisations will be available as well as a digital support team that will provide you with help regarding any questions or issues you may have with technology.
