To seek views from residents in October 2022 on how to improve access to health and wellbeing services in Hounslow to inform the North West London Inequalities Plan.
The team delivered a drop-in session where attendees could meet with local health groups, receive health checks and service information, and hear from local health leaders.
Approximately 60% (47 people attended the event) of attendees provided feedback from the event. Key themes were around issues with delivering health services, safety, appointment cancellations and long wait times, lack of health staff, digital exclusion, mental health, and diabetes.
