Hounslow BBP is one of eight across the North West London Integrated Care System (ICS) and follows the boundary of Hounslow.
Its name was recently changed from the Hounslow Integrated Care Partnership (ICP) to reflect a targeted borough-level focus.
The BBP operates across a smaller, more targeted footprint within the North West London Integrated Care System (ICS) to address the specific health and wellbeing needs of the people of Hounslow as part of a shared local vision for the design and delivery of health services across the borough.
